Weekly Work Meeting:
Every Monday from 9:00 to 10:30 is the company's regular meeting time. The leaders of the production department, sales department and personnel department are responsible for reporting the main issues of each department every week, the problems that arise, the solutions, the customer's follow-up review report and the plan for the new week.
